Final Fantasy 13 was released in 2009 for Playstation 3, but the first prototypes for the game were created on Ps2 even before FFXII release. In this page we can see some pics from the old-gen version that were recently published in two official japanese artbooks / guides.

Unfortunately, it seems that Square did only some early testing of the battle system before switching the development to the Ps3. Even the characters (Yuna and Rikku from FFX) are placeholders, but, interestingly, in the last screenshots they appear to be cell-shaded.

1) Make sure you are in 3.55 version (If you are on TB version, it's better to revert back to 3.55)
2) If you have played the game before, it should be auto installed some data in your PS3 HDD. Go to multiman and search your HDD -> 'Game' folder -> *Find your FF13-2 Game ID*, delete the 4 sprx and also the Eboot there
3) Install 1.06 Patch Fix Repack By Leather Head (included)
5) Install Fixed DLC
6a) If you are playing US or Asia version, Just use the pkg inside (the pkg already stated the Game ID) after the installation, Congrats you are done!! You can ignore the following steps in below! For asia Only need to rename Some Files (See Example below)
6b) If you are playing JPN or EUR version, no worry you can find there are 2 rar file inside. Just extract the one you want (According to your Game ID)
7) After that, you can see there are bunch of folders named with numbering (These are the DLC fix)
Go back to your PS3, open Multiman and go PS3 HDD -> GAME -> find BLUS30776 -> USRDIR~ You can find all the folder here, exactly same with the one you extracted just now in your PC
9) Go back to your PC, copy all the folder to your USB driver and then replace the identifier.edat from your USB to your HDD one and also rename the 2 file inside
filelist_p0000012img_u.ps3.bin RENAME TO filelist_p0000012img_e.ps3.bin
white_p0000012img_u.ps3.bin RENAME TO white_p0000012img_e.ps3.bin

** For Eur rename the 'U' to 'E'
** For Asia rename the 'U' to 'C'
** Yup, all the folder consists of these files, so you must rename it one by one and replace the identifier.edat
10) After you done all the renaming and replacing identifier.edat, move all the DLC folder (Folder with Number) to HDD -> GAME -> 'Find your Game ID folder'(the version you playing now) -> USRDIR
