Stata For Students

I did this in September of 2016. My answer: it’s hard and could require hours of research. I wish I could give you my source and methodology for accomplishing it, but frankly my methodology was haphazard and the source more than likely no longer e. Best For: Intellectus Statistics is perfect for students, faculty, researchers, or anyone needing to analyze and visualize quantitative data while learning statistics.

The School of Humanities and Social Sciences has a Stata site licence which allows all academic and research staff of any Faculty or Department of the School, and all students, to install Stata on their personal and unversity devices. The software licence will run until September each year and then need a new licence key to continue working.

Installation

To install STATA on your own computer, please select the appropriate installer for you operating system below (You will be asked to login with Raven):

Run the Installer, click Next and accept the User Agreement and click Next again. Everest home edition free download. Hp 2013 ultraslim docking station latest firmware.

Enter your Full Name and for Organization put Faculty of Economics and click Next.

You will now be asked what 'Flavor' of STATA you wish to install, select 'STATA/MP'

Click Next to all the screens until the installation has finished.

Activation

To activate Stata, go to this link:https://www.vle.cam.ac.uk/mod/resource/view.php?id=12944351

You may be asked to login with your Raven details.

Open the PDF from the link and open Stata.

Stata will ask you for the information in the PDF, fill in the details and click okay.

Stata will now be activated.
